I bought Media Lists — how do I unlock the Press Release dashboard? And the other way round?

You only ever need one PressFudge account. Whichever service you buy first, the other service stays visible in the same account, and buying it unlocks it. There is no second login, and no one has to switch anything on by hand.

1. If you started with Media Lists: open your Media Lists dashboard and look under More PressFudge Services. Press Release Distribution shows as Locked, with an info button that explains what it includes and an Unlock button.
2. Click Unlock, choose a press-release package on the Pricing page, and complete the order. Once that order is paid — from Payment Submitted onwards — the same module changes to Active, and Open PR dashboard takes you to the regular press-release dashboard.
3. If you started with Press Releases: open your regular dashboard and click Media Lists in the sidebar. Without a Media List plan you see only the first page of Search and Outlets, unfiltered, with masked contacts — clicking a filter, a later page, Lists, Campaigns or Mailboxes opens a popup asking you to buy a plan first.
4. Buy a Media List plan — 1 month, 6 months or 1 year — from the Media List Services page, and once payment is confirmed the full contacts unmask and lists, sequences and campaigns unlock in the same account.
5. If you signed up from the Media List page, you land on Media Lists first. If you signed up from the main site, you land on the regular dashboard first. Either way, both dashboards are reachable from the same login — you are never locked into only the first one you bought.
