Cookie Policy
Effective date: 22 October 2026 · PressFudge, 4609 Godfrey Road, New York, NY 10021
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small text files that a website stores in your browser. They let the site remember things between pages and visits - for example, that you are signed in, or which choice you made in a cookie banner. Cookies can be "session" cookies (deleted when you close your browser) or "persistent" cookies (kept until a set expiry date or until you delete them). The cookies PressFudge uses are all first-party: they are set by pressfudge.com itself, not by advertisers or other websites.
2. The cookies we use
We keep our cookie use to the minimum needed to run the site. They fall into two categories:
Strictly Necessary - required for the site to work at all: keeping you signed in, protecting our forms, and processing your orders. The site cannot function properly without these, so they do not need consent and cannot be switched off in our systems (you can still block them in your browser, but signing in and ordering will not work).
Functional / Preferences - remembers a choice you made, such as your cookie-banner answer, so we do not have to ask you on every page.
| Cookie name | Purpose | Type | Expiry |
|---|---|---|---|
| pressfudge_session | Your session cookie. Keeps you signed in and securely links your requests together while you use your account, dashboard and checkout. | Strictly Necessary | 2 hours (session) |
| XSRF-TOKEN | A security token that protects our forms against cross-site request forgery (CSRF) attacks. | Strictly Necessary | 2 hours (session) |
| remember_web_* | The "remember me" cookie. Set only if you tick Remember me on this device when signing in, so you stay signed in on that device. | Strictly Necessary | 400 days; removed when you log out |
| pf_cookie_consent | Remembers whether you clicked Accept or Decline in our cookie banner, so we do not show it again on every visit. | Functional / Preferences | 12 months |
3. What we do NOT use
We currently use no advertising cookies, no third-party tracking or analytics cookies, and no social-media pixels. Nothing on pressfudge.com profiles you for adverts or follows you across other websites. Payments are made by manual USDT (crypto) transfer: you send the payment from your own wallet and paste the transaction hash into your order page, so no payment-processor cookies are set either. If this ever changes, we will update this policy and, where required, ask for your consent first.
4. Controlling and deleting cookies
You can block or delete cookies at any time in your browser settings. The exact steps differ per browser - look for "Cookies" or "Site data" under Privacy/Security in Chrome, Firefox, Safari or Edge. Deleting the pressfudge_session cookie will sign you out; blocking strictly necessary cookies will stop sign-in and checkout from working. Deleting the pf_cookie_consent cookie simply makes the cookie banner appear again on your next visit.
5. Changing your mind
Clicked the wrong button, or changed your mind? Use the Cookie Settings link in the footer of any page: it clears your stored choice and re-opens the cookie banner so you can choose again. You can also clear the pf_cookie_consent cookie in your browser (see section 4).
6. Changes to this policy
We may update this Cookie Policy from time to time - for example, if we ever add a new cookie. The current version will always be posted on this page with its effective date, and any cookie that needs consent will not be set until you have had the chance to choose.
