Payment data is processed by our payment provider; we do not store full card numbers. We use your data to provide and manage your orders, distribute your press releases (which may include the contact details you designate for publication in the release itself), send placement and visibility reports, respond to enquiries, send service-related emails, improve our services, and meet legal obligations. Press releases are published publicly by design. Information you ask us to include in a release - such as a media contact name, email or phone number - will be visible on third-party news sites and may be indexed by search engines and AI systems. Only include contact details intended for publication.
