Terms of Service

1. Services

PressFudge provides press release writing, distribution, reporting and related visibility services as described on pressfudge.com. Placement counts and outlets for each package are described on our Pricing page; specific premium placements are subject to each outlet's editorial acceptance.

2. Orders and payment

Prices are one-time per release, in US dollars, payable before distribution begins unless otherwise agreed in writing. Submitting an order intake does not itself charge you - we confirm details and payment first.

3. Publication guarantee

For an approved release, we guarantee the placement count stated for its package. If we fall short, you may choose re-distribution at no cost or a proportional refund for the shortfall, as described in our Refund Policy.

4. Your content and responsibilities

You are responsible for the accuracy and legality of material you submit, and you warrant that you hold the rights to publish it. Content must not be deceptive, defamatory, unlawful, infringing, or promote prohibited products or services. We may decline or remove content that breaches this section; if we decline before distribution, you will be refunded in full.

5. Editorial discretion of outlets

News outlets retain independent editorial control. While syndication placements are guaranteed as described, no service can guarantee feature coverage, interviews, or the editorial decisions of any individual journalist or outlet.

6. Reports

Placement reports list live links at the time of reporting. Third-party sites control their own content and may later edit or remove stories; we are not responsible for changes made by third-party publishers after publication.

7. Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability arising from a service is limited to the amount paid for that service. We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses.

8. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, USA, and disputes will be resolved in the courts located in New York County, New York.

9. Changes

We may update these terms; the version in force when you place an order applies to that order.
