What does my PR Balance mean?

Every paid press-release order gives you 1 PR credit, and credits never expire. Your PR Balance page in the dashboard shows each credit and what state it is in.

  1. AVAILABLE means the order is paid and you can still submit its press-release details.
  2. IN USE means you submitted the details and the release is in production.
  3. CONSUMED means distribution is completed for that credit.
  4. If a submission is rejected, the credit returns to AVAILABLE with the reason given, you can update the details and resubmit, and the order returns to Payment Submitted for review.
  5. To use a credit, open PR Balance in your dashboard and click Submit PR next to the available credit.

Note: Media List Services orders and admin custom invoices do not give PR credits. Only paid press-release, writing and single-publication orders do.
