I paid, but my order still says Awaiting Payment

Your order only moves forward once you submit your payment details in the checkout and our team verifies the payment on the blockchain. Sending crypto alone does not confirm the order.

Open your wallet or the blockchain explorer and check the transaction succeeded, to the exact PressFudge address shown at checkout, for the exact amount, coin and network.
Go back to your order and complete the payment form: the transaction hash (TXID), your sender name and any details asked for, then submit it.
Your order then moves to Payment Submitted. Once our team verifies it on-chain, it moves to Confirmed and the press-release details form opens.
If you closed the checkout before submitting, open the order from your dashboard and follow the payment steps there, or contact us at hello@pressfudge.com with your PF reference and we will point you to the right step.
