I sent crypto on the wrong network, or the wrong amount
Crypto only arrives if the coin, the network and the address all match the checkout exactly. USDT sent on TRC20 does not arrive at an ERC20 checkout, and vice versa, even if the amount looks right.
- Check the transaction on the blockchain explorer: destination address, network, coin and amount.
- Compare each one with what the checkout showed you. If any of them differ, the payment will not match your order automatically.
- Email hello@pressfudge.com straight away with your PF reference, the transaction hash and the explorer link, and explain what was sent differently.
- Wait for our reply before sending anything else, so you do not pay twice for the same order.
Note: Funds sent to the wrong network or address may not be recoverable. Always double-check the coin, network and address on the checkout screen before you send.
