I pasted my wallet address instead of the transaction hash
This is the most common payment mistake. The TXID is not your wallet address, and it is not the PressFudge address shown at checkout. It is the long transaction hash of the payment you actually sent.
- Open your wallet, find the payment in your transaction history, and copy the Transaction ID or Hash. It is normally 64 characters long.
- You can also find it on the blockchain explorer for your network — Tronscan for TRC20, Etherscan for ERC20, BscScan for BEP20 — by searching for your sending wallet address.
- Paste that hash into the TXID field at checkout, not either wallet address.
- If you already submitted a wallet address as the TXID, do not send a second payment. Email hello@pressfudge.com with your PF reference and the correct transaction hash, and our team will update it.
Note: A submitted wallet address can never verify as a payment, even if the money did arrive. Always check the TXID is a hash before you submit.
