My Media List access expired, and I cannot download lists
Media List Services is pay-per-period, not a card subscription, because payments are made in crypto. Nothing is ever charged automatically, so access ends when the period ends unless you renew.
- Renew from the pricing section or the plan card in your dashboard. Renewing early stacks the new period on top of any access time you still have.
- While access is expired, contacts mask again, but nothing you built is lost. Your lists and sequences stay saved and return as soon as you renew.
- You cannot download a list as a spreadsheet or CSV, even with active access. That is deliberate: it keeps the data current and stops lists going stale or being resold.
- To use your research, build the list in the dashboard, write the sequence there, and launch the campaign from your own connected mailbox.
