I can see journalists, but their emails are hidden

That is how the free preview works. Without a plan you see only the first page of Search and Outlets, and contact details stay masked — like an****@g**.com — until a plan is active. The first page starts with contacts who do have a public email, so you see the masked form at once. Clicking a masked email, a social button, a filter, a later page number, Lists, Campaigns or Mailboxes opens a popup asking you to buy a plan first. If a person honestly shows Not publicly listed, they have no public email in our data — there is nothing to mask, and we never invent one.

1. Choose a Media List Services plan — 1 month, 6 months or 1 year — and complete the checkout. Once payment is confirmed, every page, all filters and full emails and social profiles unmask everywhere in Media Lists.
2. If you have paid and contacts are still masked, check the plan card in your dashboard for your access expiry date, and make sure you are logged in to the same account you paid with.
3. If access has expired, renewing stacks the new period on top of any time you still have left. Your lists and sequences are saved and come back when you renew.
